Medi-QR provides tools for generating a personal emergency QR code and related printable materials for quick access to important information in emergency situations.

Medi-QR does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You agree that:

• You will use Medi-QR only for lawful purposes
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QR materials

3. Health Information Disclaimer

Medi-QR does not retain, store, or maintain copies of your medical or health information on its servers. All health information is generated on-demand based on the data you provide and is not stored by Medi-QR after creation.

You understand that anyone with access to your QR code may view the information you choose to include.

4. No Warranty

Medi-QR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medi-QR, LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or reliance on information provided through your QR code.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software associated with Medi-QR are the property of Medi-QR, LLC and may not be used without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms.
